NRA Instructor Rifle Shooting Course - (No B.I.T. - must have taken Basic Rifle and the B.I.T.)  

Class is on the Range and some classroom time

Learn how to shoot a rifle like a pro—from a first-steps orientation to cartridge reloading and muzzle loading.

This 16-hour course teaches the knowledge, skills, and attitude essential to organizing, promoting and teaching NRA’s Basic Rifle Shooting course.

Prerequisite: Possession of basic firearm safety and shooting skills is a perquisite for certification as an NRA instructor. Prior to the instructor training, candidates complete a pre-course questionnaire and demonstrate their firearm background in pre-course assessment exercises.

Description: Course is presented in two parts: Basic Instructor Training, and discipline specific instructor training. Students demonstrate organizational and teaching skills via participation in practical exercises during the course, and complete an instructor certification examination. Students will receive the NRA Trainer’s Guide, NRA Rifle Shooting Instructor Candidate Packet and NRA Basic Rifle Shooting course student packet.

All instructor courses need a minimum of 4 students - We will notify you at least 48 hours in advance if the class will need to be moved to another date - Since inception of our training business we have only have to cancel and move a class one (1) time. We do alot to prepare for these classes and we secure a range, classroom and purchase materials. We do not offer refunds. If you have to cancel we will offer to put you in the next available class and you must complete the course within one year.
